User Agreement

1. The Service

bizhub.cards provides a digital business card creation and hosting platform. You can build a personal profile card, publish it as a live website, and share it via QR code.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate others.
• You must provide accurate information. Fake or misleading account details may result in termination.

3. Free Trial — Go Live

The “Go Live” feature (publishing your card as a live public URL) includes a 14-day free trial. The trial activates the moment you click “Activate Free Trial” and cannot be paused or reset.

• After 14 days, your live site will be taken offline automatically.
• Your QR code is generated permanently at activation. The image file remains yours, but the destination URL will stop resolving once the trial ends and you have not upgraded.
• Upgrading to a paid plan reactivates your live site and QR code at the same URL.
• We reserve the right to change trial duration for new sign-ups with 14 days’ notice.

4. Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your site remains live until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use bizhub.cards to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, defamatory, or pornographic content.
• Impersonate any person or organisation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or our systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the platform.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through links on your card.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you upload (text, images, links). By uploading content, you grant bizhub.cards a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

When you delete content or close your account, we delete your files from our servers. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

7. Uploaded Images

All uploaded images are automatically converted to WebP format for performance and storage efficiency. Images that are removed or replaced are permanently deleted from our servers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any image.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not delete live paid accounts without prior notice and a reasonable opportunity to export data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bizhub.cards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of business or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bizhub.cards is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
